Delivery Information

We deliver to the majority of the United Kingdom on a daily basis; with the exception of some areas. For areas of the UK we do not cover, we have partnered with a third party courier service to deliver on our behalf. We regret we are unable to ship to areas outside the UK unless previously organised. Delivery times based on stock items. Delivery times for non stock items will vary due to manufacurers lead times. We will contact you with a provisional delivery date where possible.

Step by Step Process

Step 1

Browse the great value products throughout our website. Once you have added your items to your basket, click on the checkout button and double check your order. (If your are experiencing problems ordering from the website you can easily order your products via our phone sales & information line - 01375 374901,

Step 2

Once you have confirmed your order, you will be asked to enter your contact details. If you live outside our delivery area our automated ordering service will include the cost of using a third party courier by your postcode location. Once your order is completed you will be instantly sent an order confirmation via email. This also acts as your invoice.

Step 3

Once your order has been processed (usual within two business days) an email will be sent to you offering a variety of delivery dates through our online tracking system.
We stress it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery; All deliveries must be signed for. Due to insurance circumstances. It is your responsibility to check all goods on arrival. If there is a problem with your product/s please let us know immediately by calling 01375 374901.

Returns Policy

Risk Free Shopping

At F.G Langs (Grays) Ltd, we offer all our customers "Risk-Free Shopping". Every item we sell in our online store is covered by the UK seven day money back distance selling law.

Damaged Goods

We ask that goods be thoroughly inspected for defects or damage by you when you receive them. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within seven days.
Where outer packaging is damaged in transit, please ensure that if you accept the delivery, you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment".
Should your product have a manufacturing defect, we will do everything in our power to replace your item as soon as possible. If you need to report a damaged or defective product you will need to fill in a returns form.
By signing your delivery note upon receiving the items, you are signing to say that you have received the item(s) in good condition. We are unable to credit items which have already been installed.

Unwanted Goods

In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you the consumer have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. Cancellation must be in the form of a facsimile, email or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact us page along with a copy of a Returns Form. All goods must be in original packaging, unopened and undamaged, and in a resaleable condition.
For all unwanted goods, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of the product(s) purchased will be refunded to the card used for initial payment, within 30 days from when goods are received by us (this does not include the time it takes to be returned), on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition in which they were received. Generally, we will send you a payment request for a £25.00 carrier collection fee, or £15.50 Parcel Force collection fee (for smaller items). Once a collection fee has been paid, we will arrange for the collection of your unwanted goods.
Items delivered by any third party carrier service will be charged at the same rate for collections as the original delivery. Once we have received the goods and confirmed that they have been returned in the condition in which they were received, a full refund will be issued.


We will however not accept back goods that have been opened or used. If you return goods that have been opened or used and are unsuitable for re-sale we will be unable to offer the full refund and you will be charged accordingly.


YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURNS I.D NUMBER and write the returns I.D number in the top right hand box on the returns form. NO items will be collected without one. A returns I.D number can be obtained by emailing [email protected]

We cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced goods that do not have a returns I.D number.
